I remember the KK Sarawak laksa place now! (Refer to my previous review.) I've just shared it on Tastebuds:

There’s a certain je ne sais quoi about this particular dish that makes it difficult to forget very easily. One yearns for it once one has had a taste of it. Yes, the sarawak laksa is one of those memories which shall linger in my mind for a time to come…

I've tried Laksa Penang before. Gotta try this too.. Mana ada ini di sini KK ah? :D
wow..looks good :) would really luv to try this
I've never tried Penang Laksa but yes, Sarawak Laksa is great.
I will always order sans taugeh (not my fav food) and will always ask for huge prawns! I can;t remember the exact name, but the corner shop opposite crown centre (Where UCS is, now chg name to IE) is nice. Their prawn got smaller after years pass by tho - and price getting more ex XD
yeah.. so true... hahahha
MMM... I never tried laksa Sarawak yet... must try it.. :)
Most Kuching delicacies are far better than the ones in Miri.
That is the OMG honest truth!
Features of laksa Sarawak (at least the ones I can identify): a santan and asam base, omelette strips, chicken meat strips, prawns, taugeh, sambal belacan and lime. Yum!
I've had most of my LS in Miri, both good and bad. I've only been to Kuching once and had LS there once and it was good, which Kuching people like to say "of course lah Kuching got the best LS"!
In KK Gaya Street there's actually a place with good LS, although I think they just call it laksa. If I remember the name of the place I'll review it in the future.
