Missing MH370: Family-ties question stumps Hisham

These questions were posed by a French journalist to acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishamuddin Hussein.

Hishamuddin, who has been fielding a good share of tough questions on the missing MH370, was initially stumped by the query.

He recovered quickly and asked which media organisation she was from before answering her bemusedly.

“Yes I can confirm that Najib is my cousin and I do not know what am I supposed to be protected from,” he said.

The question and its subsequent answer drew laughter from journalists at the Sama Sama Hotel.

Since MH370 disappeared on March 8, Hishammuddin has been taking the flurry of media queries in his stride with many crediting the 52-year-old Minister for his calm and collected manner in handling the press.
