B-Mobile clarifies on signal service loss

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: B-Mobile Communications Sdn Bhd would like to notify its valued subscribers of the loss of signal service last Tuesday night, August 27.

The service outage affected calls, SMS and data service.

Services have resumed and B-Mobile subscribers are adviced to reboot their phones and modems. iPhone users are adviced to re-insert their sim card if they still fail to receive connection.

If subscribers are still experiencing service problems, they can call the B-Mobile Call Centre at 177.

B-Mobile Communications Sdn Bhd deeply regrets the inconvenience caused and wished to thank its subscribers for their patience and understanding.
